1. Who We Are

A Square Solutions operates three properties: our main website (asquaresolution.com), TrustSeal – an AI website trust verification and fact-checking tool (trustseal.asquaresolution.com), and ScamCheck – a free AI scam detection tool (scamcheck.asquaresolution.com). This Privacy Policy covers all three properties.

2. Information We Collect

Account data (TrustSeal & ScamCheck): Email address and display name via Firebase Authentication when you create an account.

Usage data: Number of checks/verifications performed per day, to enforce free-tier limits. Stored per user ID in Firestore.

Submitted content: URLs, claims, messages, or phone numbers you submit for analysis are processed by Google Gemini AI via Firebase Cloud Functions. Raw submitted content is not permanently stored; analysis results may be stored.

Payment data: For paid TrustSeal plans, payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a confirmation event – we do not store card or bank details.

Contact form data: Name, email, and message when you use our contact forms. Submitted via Firebase Cloud Functions or formsubmit.co to contact@asquaresolution.com.

Analytics data: Anonymous usage metrics via Google Analytics 4 (page views, feature interactions, conversion events). No PII is linked to analytics.

Device data: IP address, browser type, OS, and referrer via standard server logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and operate our AI tools (TrustSeal, ScamCheck)
  • Enforce daily usage limits to ensure fair access
  • Process and confirm payments via Razorpay
  • Reply to contact form inquiries
  • Display Google AdSense ads to free-tier users on TrustSeal and ScamCheck
  • Analyse aggregate patterns to improve AI accuracy and UX
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and automated misuse

4. AI Processing Disclosure

Our AI tools process your submitted content using Google Gemini AI (via Google Vertex AI and Firebase Cloud Functions).

Important:

  • Submitted content is sent to Google’s AI infrastructure for analysis
  • AI results are probabilistic estimates — not legal determinations or official verdicts
  • AI verdicts may be incorrect. Always verify important findings through official sources
  • We do not train our models on your submitted content
  • Google Cloud’s AI usage policies apply to all AI processing
  • Our tools are decision-support aids, not replacements for human judgment

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with these third parties solely to operate our services:

  • Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions): Authentication, data storage, AI request handling
  • Google Analytics 4: Anonymous usage analytics
  • Google AdSense (ca-pub-3102382127523426): Ads on free tiers of TrustSeal and ScamCheck
  • Google Gemini AI / Vertex AI: AI analysis of submitted content
  • Razorpay: Payment processing for TrustSeal paid plans
  • Formsubmit.co: Contact form routing for asquaresolution.com

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use:

  • Firebase Authentication session cookies
  • localStorage: language preference, daily check counts (guest users), dismissed banner states
  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid): anonymous usage tracking
  • Google AdSense cookies: ad personalization (free-tier users)

You can manage or clear cookies and localStorage via your browser settings. Clearing these will reset your language preference and guest usage count.

7. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained until account deletion
  • TrustSeal results: Retained to support shareable links; guest results deleted after 90 days
  • ScamCheck submitted content: Not stored permanently
  • Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default)
  • Payment records: 7 years (Indian GST compliance)
  • Contact form emails: Standard email retention in our inbox

8. Your Rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, GDPR (EU/UK users), and other applicable laws, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Opt out of Google Analytics (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout)
  • Opt out of personalized Google ads (google.com/settings/ads)
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

9. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Firebase Firestore uses authentication-based security rules. AI queries are processed server-side. We do not store payment card data. We apply the principle of least privilege to all service account credentials.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us immediately at contact@asquaresolution.com.

11. International Users

Our services are operated globally from India. By using our tools, you consent to data being processed in India and Google Cloud data centers (which may include US and EU servers). We apply GDPR-standard protections for EU/EEA users where applicable.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
