1. Agreement

By using any A Square Solutions property — our main website, TrustSeal, or ScamCheck — you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. The Services

ScamCheck is a free AI tool that analyzes submitted content (screenshots, messages, links) for indicators of fraud. TrustSeal verifies business/domain signals and issues a trust seal, score, and API, with free and paid plans. asquaresolution.com provides content and professional services (AI automation, SEO engineering, web development).

3. AI results are decision support — not guarantees

ScamCheck verdicts and TrustSeal scores are probabilistic AI assessments. They may be wrong in either direction: a scam may pass, and a legitimate item may be flagged. They are not legal determinations, financial advice, or a substitute for your own verification. You remain responsible for decisions you make. See our Disclaimer.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the services to create, improve, or test fraudulent material (e.g., refining a fake payment screenshot until it passes).
• Do not attempt to breach rate limits, quotas, or authentication, or to scrape/bulk-harvest the services.
• Do not submit content you have no right to submit, or unlawful content.
• Free-tier usage limits (e.g., daily check quotas) exist to keep the tools free; circumventing them may result in blocking.

5. Paid plans (TrustSeal)

Paid TrustSeal subscriptions are billed in INR via Razorpay on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan features, prices, and quotas are shown at purchase. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change plan pricing with notice effective from your next billing cycle.

6. Seals, scores, and the Trust API

A TrustSeal seal or score reflects automated signals at verification time and may change on re-verification. Displaying a seal does not constitute our endorsement or guarantee of a business. API usage is subject to the plan’s rate and monthly limits; keys are personal to your account.

7. Intellectual property

The services, their content, and branding are owned by A Square Solutions or licensed to us. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us the limited licence needed to process it and operate the service (see the Privacy Policy for what is and isn’t stored).

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, A Square Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹1,000 for free services).

9. Termination

You may stop using the services or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate Section 4, with notice where practicable.

10. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
