Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free tier first

TrustSeal offers a free tier, and paid features are described on the pricing page before purchase — so you can evaluate the product before paying. We encourage this.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your TrustSeal dashboard (Billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid features remain active until the end of the period already paid. No cancellation fees.

3. Refunds

• First purchase, 7 days: if TrustSeal doesn’t work for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund — no questions beyond what helps us improve.
• Renewals: renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of the charge if the service was not materially used in that period (no verifications run, no API calls).
• Billing errors and duplicates: always refunded in full.
• Not refundable: periods already consumed, and months prior to a late cancellation.

4. How to request

Email contact@asquaresolution.com from your account email with the payment reference (Razorpay payment ID or the receipt email). We respond within 2 business days; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically arriving in 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

5. Fair use

We reserve the right to decline refunds where the policy is being abused (e.g., repeated subscribe-use-refund cycles), consistent with Indian consumer-protection law.
